Seasonal Juice and Cleanse | Autumn

It’s the most wonderful time of the year—and perhaps the 
most daunting when it comes to doing well by your body and mind. Autumn is a great time to consider doing a cleanse. Ayurvedic medicine suggests that by the time autumn rolls around, we have accumulated plenty of heat in our tissues from the summer. 

According Larissa Hall Carlson, dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, "cleansing in the Autumn is key to maintaining health. Through poor diet choices as well as environmental pollution and chemicals, the body accumulates toxins year round. Autumn cleansing can help balance the digestive fire and prevent winter sickness.” 

Treating yourself to a gentle detox  is a great way to give your body a break and support its natural self-cleaning system. Our Autumn seasonal cleanse will help to stave off colds, keep your immune system healthy, and prepare your organs for the colder months ahead.

Our seasonal cleanse is made up of six nutrient dense juices to be enjoyed daily for a boost of essential vitamins, minerals & antioxidants:
1. greens one:
    granny smith apple, kale, silverbeet, cos lettuce, cucumber, celery, lemon
2. autumn four
    rockmelon, lemon,  mandarin, carrot, vanilla bean
3. autumn two:
    carrot, cucumber, cos lettuce, celery, lemon, parsley, coriander
4. appetite:
    lemon, pear, cayenne, mineral water
5. autumn one:
    pumpkin, grapefruit, carrot, red apple, ginger
6. autumn nuts:
    almonds, hazelnuts, mineral water, fig, bee pollen
