Escape the chill and step into the warmth of a perfect winter evening at Bodyscape Yoga. This winter event promises an evening of cosy self-care rituals that will leave you feeling deeply rested and replenished. Featuring gentle yoga, sound healing, warm cacao and a nourishing supper, this evening is your invitation to completely unwind...

This all-inclusive event features:

  • Warm cacao and meditation with Ashley
  • A yin yoga practice with Victoria  (suitable for all levels)
  • Sound healing relaxation with Kim 
  • A warming plant-based supper, chai and teas

Event Details

Date: Friday 26th July

Time: 6pm - 8.30pm 

Location: Bodyscape Yoga studio, 35 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands

Please bring: your yoga mat, cushion or bolster and a blanket.
