About Subscriptions

You can order your favourite juices as a recurring order by purchasing a subscription. This means you don't have to place a new order every time and you don't have to remember to order before the cut-off time.

You can choose the frequency of your subscription order to be delivered weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You will receive a notification 24 hours prior to your subscription order being processed so you can make any necessary changes to your order. 

Can I edit my subscription?

Of course! You can edit your subscription order at any time before the order renews. You can change, add, or remove products, change the frequency, delivery address, and payment information.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Select "Click here to manage your subscription"
  4. You can add items (as a one-time purchase or to add to your ongoing subscription), remove items or change the quantity. 
  5. Click "Save".
  6. You can update your contact, shipping, or payment details
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

Yes indeedy! You can pause or skip your subscription if you're going away, and you can cancel at any time. 

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Select "Click here to manage your subscription"
  4. To Skip, under the Billing Schedule find the date you want to skip and click "Skip payment"
  5. To Pause, click on the orange button "Pause my subscription"
  6. To Cancel, click on the red button "Cancel my subscription"

You can also reactivate your Subscription by clicking the blue button "Reactivate my subscription".

Can I cancel or change my subscription after I have been charged?

If your subscription has already been charged and you want to add something, make a change, cancel or skip the order, please contact us by email at thefullbottle@pressedearth.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes made before 12 pm on the day before delivery can usually be accommodated. We may not be able to accommodate changes after 12 pm on the day before delivery. 

    Can I use a discount code?

    Yes you can. You can apply valid discount codes at checkout when you purchase your subscription, or you can apply valid discount codes to subsequent orders under "Manage your subscription".

    Is there a minimum order for subscriptions?

    The minimum order for our store is $50. For subscriptions over $100, delivery is free for you! Under that amount, a $10 delivery fee applies.
