We reuse the jars for our next round of juices, so for health and hygiene reasons, the jars must be clean when they come back to us. A rinse and a cycle through the dishwasher is ideal.

We won't accept jars or award points for jars or bottles that have been left unwashed with residue in them. Thanks for your understanding!

We reserve the right to refuse points where the jars are not returned in a clean and reusable condition. 

We accept the return of any Pressed Earth jar or bottle, with the exception of 50ml shot bottles, which can't be reused. Please put those in your household recycling.

We also accept the return of bottles bearing the brand of The Boatshed Market, The Herdsman, The Floreat Market, Basil's Fine Foods and Tucker Fresh IGA (Tucker Chef range). These partner brand bottles are not eligible for reward points.

We can't reuse the lids (they never go back on quite the same way after they've been opened), so please dispose of these in your household recycling.

The reward points system works like this: for every (clean!) Pressed Earth jar or bottle returned to our Shop, we award 5 points. For every dollar spent on juice or cleanses at our Shop, we award one point. Once you have enough points, you can get bonus juices at our Shop with your next purchase. 100 points earns you one bonus juice. 200 points earns you two bonus juices, 300 points earns you three bonus juices.

To earn and redeem points, you must sign up to our Rewards program in-store. You can see all the T&Cs here.

At the moment the rewards program is only an in-store program (to support our Shop and encourage you to drop in!). So you won't earn points or be able to claim free juices for online purchases.

We understand not everyone can get to Claremont to return the jars. If you would like us to collect your jars at your next delivery, please let us know by leaving us a note at the checkout on your next order. Then leave the jars out for our delivery driver to collect. Unfortunately we don't award points for jars collected from home.

We also reuse bottles for products made in partnership with select retail partners. You can return these to our Shop in Claremont, or to our HQ at 92 Howe Street, Osborne Park. No reward points are offered for these bottles, it's just about keeping things circular.
