If you're sick or under the weather with winter colds, a juice cleanse is also a good way to keep up the nutrients and hydration when you don't have much of an appetite for food.
Our winter cleanse line up consists of five nutrient-dense juices and a warming bone OR vegan broth (all 467ml).
Broth is an ancient remedy that is strongly linked to good gut health - healing, repairing and fighting inflammation. A healthy gut is thought to support so much of our overall health, affecting digestion and absorption of nutrients and elimination of waste and toxins.
To serve, heat your broth in a saucepan over med-low heat.
We also like to drink our winter chai nuts (very) gently warmed on the stove, for a heart-warming, soul-nourishing end to the day.
