How To: Prep For The Party Season

Summer...it's a season of warm festive nights, Champagne and sometimes chips for dinner.

But before the bubbles start flowing, it's a good time to step up your pre-season program. Look and feel your party-best, and stay in-form all season long with a little preparation. 

Here's our round up of our tried-and-tested pre-season programs to help you shine all season:

When you have a Big Event coming up

Nutrition and hydration should be your #1 in the lead up to a big event. Reduce inflammatory foods as much as possible (processed, fried, refined sugars, alcohol) and replace them with plant-based, unrefined foods and cold-pressed juices and water. 

📅 One or two weeks out, we recommend slipping in a 3 Day Cleanse to nourish and hydrate your body, with a boost of antioxidants for maximum radiance.
